Lifelites & Freemasons

Lifelites is a perfect way for Freemasons to show their support for a Freemasons' initiative for children from their area. Through the magic of technology, Lifelites gives life-limited and disabled children in hospices opportunities they wouldn't otherwise have. Lifelites provides specialist entertainment and educational technology packages for these young people to learn, play, be creative, control something for themselves and communicate - for as long as it is possible.

We do this for 9,000 children at all 50 baby and children's hospices across the British Isles. So wherever you are, there will be a Lifelites project for children near you.

Pilgrim Bandits

Pilgrim Bandits know that adversity, challenges and obstacles serve to strengthen the human spirit. But for some of those we support, just to smile or enjoy the company of others, is an almost insurmountable task. We endeavour to get them to believe in a life worth living again. Through Pilgrim Bandits they push to new limits. They help others. They inspire children and young people by working with schools and care centres. They raise funds like other charities, and they also try to fund research to push scientific and engineering advances into prosthetic limbs.

Blesma

Forty thousand Service men lost limbs or eyes during the First World War – and lived to return to a “land fit for heroes”. They were swiftly disillusioned. Amputation techniques were in their infancy, artificial limbs primitive and, with mass unemployment the order of the day, 90% of the nation’s war limbless could not find work

We verify all applicants and our membership process makes us exclusive. We are the only Airborne club that offers great events with the opportunity to meet-up again with friends you may have lost touch with and or not seen for many years. Our website offers the ability to keep in touch with all that’s happening as well as banter with your muckers.

Fort Bragg Lodge No.667

Parachute Regiment Lodge

The founding of this Lodge was primarily the dream of an ex-member of the Parachute Regiment, the late W. Bro. Les Petty LGR; but like Freemasonry in general, whose branches are spread over the four quarters of the globe and whose membership are drawn from many different professions and occupations, the Founder members were also drawn from diverse walks of life.

At a meeting of the Founders on 29th March 1988, it was the original intention to have the title “The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces Lodge”, to encircle the camaraderie of the Airborne Forces in general. This being deemed too long a name by Grand Lodge, a compromise was suggested that the name of the Lodge should be ‘The Parachute Regiment Lodge’ and to use the Airborne Forces motto “Ad Unum Omnes”, not the Parachute Regiment’s motto “Utrinque Paratus”.
